What do I do if I finished my registration, but realized I have more samples that I need to register?
The registration of your process creates an electronic chain of custody for the laboratory. As such, it is imperative the chain of custody be complete and accurate. If you have not already sent your samples in, create a new registration that has all of the samples registered. Write the NEW confirmation number on your package. Call MMD’s offices to void the incorrect confirmation number and refund the fees. If you have already sent your samples in, please call MMD’s offices first so the laboratory can be notified prior to analyzing the samples. Once samples have been received or analyzed by the laboratory, no changes can be made to the electronic chain of custody.
